Sales / Purchasing Assistant

We require a Sales/Purchasing Assistant with a working knowledge of IT purchasing and renewals.

The role will involve:
•  Day to day ordering of goods, broadband orders and other Nevis SKU’s as necessary
•  Sales Order Processing (Allocation of new SKU’s; Stock Groups; Nominals; Goods Descriptions)
•  Booking in of all Counter repairs
•  Provide quick turnaround of quotations required by the Sales Manager or Directors
•  Ensure timely handling of all Renewal Contracts
•  Handling of Showroom customers
•  Stock levels – ensuring showroom is sufficiently stocked

The role involves day to day contact with customers and suppliers requiring strong communication skills. PC literacy is essential. We require a clean driving license.

Office hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm; however you will be expected to work occasional overtime dependent on work volumes. Salary will be dependent on experience.
